1. You must adhere to all the policies of the company in delivering the service to out clients.
2. You must ensure adherence to the laws governing the profession of practice and any other law for being in force.
3. We strictly adhere to deliver service of at most quality, we will block the account of the professional if he / she doesn’t meet the average client’s feedback of over 75% satisfaction.
4. We respect everyone’s time and we expect you to deliver the service within the standard turnaround time.
5. You as a professional are the ultimate custodian of the client’s data and records for a period of 2 years from the date of service. Data and records does not includes clients KYC documents, phone number and other personal information
6. You are not allowed to do any direct or indirect business with the clients served for a period of 3 Years from date of service. Business includes any service with consideration involved.
7. You are not allowed to advertise any of your work or any records which states the name of the firm or personal information of the professional.
8. Noncompliance to the terms would initiate disciplinary proceedings which includes intimation of mis conduct to the professions governing bodies.
9. In case of any further professional service asked by the clients, you are allowed to provide through the platform by sharing the project quotation through cunslt.com marking prof buddy in the loop.
10. All the additional services provided by the professional shall be charged platform fee of 15% of the gross billing.
11. We have the complete authority to disable the account on any grounds of found misconduct.
